A. The mundane!

4) > So you need some money to buy that Rise doll you saw at Junes, why not get a job? Frustrating co-workers, meeting people you may or may not recognize as customers. Get ready for the usual "I didn't know you worked here!" talk, because it's coming your way.

B. The extraordinary!

1) > You wake up on a mysterious train, and so has the person right next to you. You have no idea what train this is, where it's headed, or how you came to be there, and it seems like neither does your new friend. Why not chat about it?

2) > Your first venture inside the TV World. How does it go? How do you get there? And most importantly, who are you going with?

3) > There are three enemies! But holy shit this is your first fight, how are you going to handle this? Good thing you've got party members to help you out!

[His brow furrows at that, looking confused. Sounds like... he is from abroad, then? There's been a few strange people arriving in town lately. With the way this kid is speaking, he isn't as surprised now.]

I'm a Police officer. An officer of the law. You'd be protected here, at least. [What on earth is he talking about though?]

You've been staying at the shrine...? [This interrogation is turning more and more confusing by the minute.]

Law here must be full up and motherfucking different. The law what I know about is all being full of nooses and no brother'd up and be getting his defense on. Having a defense be all up and illegal or some shit. I don't motherfucking know; I'm no legislacerator. And motherfuck protected is all being the most foreign word up in here. A brother what up and can't fight for himself gets his ass all motherfucking culled fast.

[He turns his head to look at Dojima more directly, but his voice goes even quieter than the hoarse whisper he's been using. Very small, very young.]

But I like it. That word. I want it. To get my protect on of Karkat. To--

[He can't admit that he wouldn't mind being protected too, because it's weakness and he can't afford that. He nods though, smiling for the first time, though it's thin and pained. He has no concept of shrines, and clearly just thinks it's another house.]

Oh yeah! Bitchtits little hive we all up and be finding a couple perigee--months ago. Got my worry on we'd be kicked all out at first, but maybe the person what was all living there got corpsy or something.

[He just... watches (and may cringe everytime Gamzee swears because why-) as he talks, deciphering all the words so they make some sort of sense.]

Right. [He scratches his head, wondering how long it is until he can go home for the night. It's been a long day already without this.] You do realise that's not somewhere you should be staying, right?

No? We don't being all kicking money what for buying a place to sleep, and no one is all up and getting no use out of it, so why fucking not? If we be having jobs for money, WE'D UP AND GET OURSElVES A PLACE WHAT FOR lIVING AT, but they're all telling at us we're too motherfucking young to be working.

Can't be all sleeping outside either. Got motherfucking yelled at salty-like for doing that once. If we can't be all doing that, or living at the sweet abandoned hive, tell a brother where at he can find a job then.

[Dojima frowns at that.]

And... where did you say your parents were?

[This is the part that's confusing him the most - as well as... Gamzee's weird way of talking.]

Parents? We don't got motherfucking none. Guardians, once, but they're all being dead now. We're all being up and taking care of each other now, me and Karkat.

[And Gamzee doesn't really get why two 13 year olds living alone in a shrine and trying to take care of each other is a bad thing. Though it might help explain why he's so unhealthily skinny.]

[So... street kids. He sighs at that, because they can't really go back onto the streets, nor can they really live back in the shrine. He's obviously not eating properly.]

Would you be willing to behave for someone if they let you live with them? I'm not sure if you're enrolled at the school, but you should be... [It's not like this happens everyday, okay?]

Be all up and willing to try at what you all call behaving, but I can all tell at you that I don't know none of your motherfucking rules right now. BUT ONLY IF KARKAT STAYS ALL WITH ME. No motherfucker separates us. NO ONE.

And yeah, was up and told at about school. Been all trying to go, but what they're all telling at me there don't make no motherfucking understanding.

[Dojima nods, hoping he understands completely. The best thing is to probably go through this with whoever would be willing to let them stay, see what rules they have.]

Well, for one thing you need to stop swearing. Most people in Inaba don't appreciate that. I can arrange somewhere to stay for the both of you, though there will probably be house rules that the owners would want you to abide by as well as the rules of this country -- not only Inaba.

And you'll be all telling at me what these rules are up and being about? I'm all full of wicked ignorance about the rules here.

[There are several pauses in places where he would have inserted swearwords before, so he's clearly trying not to swear, but it obviously takes a lot of concentration for him to do it.]

Not sure if I can be all with the not swearing, because it feels all mo--fuck. ...Fuck. It feels all right and natural and slips all out of me without my thinkpan knowing, dig?
