A. The mundane!

1) > You wake up on a mysterious train, and so has the person right next to you. You have no idea what train this is, where it's headed, or how you came to be there, and it seems like neither does your new friend. Why not chat about it?

2) > Your first venture inside the TV World. How does it go? How do you get there? And most importantly, who are you going with?

3) > There are three enemies! But holy shit this is your first fight, how are you going to handle this? Good thing you've got party members to help you out!

I dunno, man. I think it's pretty weird too. I mean, it's not like anyone's gonna steal it in this podunk town. I mean, they could, but there's probably not much point when someone's just gonna gossip about it and out you anyway.

I'm pretty sure that's why it's supposed to be a challenge. And least they don't skimp on it, right?

[Okay, so traversing around odd places isn't such a new thing, and fighting demons isn't such a new thing, and doing it with Minako (a Minako of some sort, anyway) wasn't such a new thing... but doing it without being able to transform?]

Mars Power, Make Up!

[The Persona Sailor Mars manifests itself and incinerates one of the Shadows with an Agi spell. It had been a while since Rei had done any ballet-fu, but this Persona thing was pretty nifty if she could say so herself.]

[The other Shadows were surrounding the two, unfortunately - Rei definitely didn't need a sixth sense for that.]

Gossip, huh? You sound like you've been the victim of some bad gossip, or at least know what it can do to someone.

Kumagawa only skips the details when it's inconvenient for him, alright. It's like he's a perfectionist, except it's completely unnecessary and he does it to frustrate himself into giving up. To that end, he huffs and sits back to slump low in his seat and look bored of this already.]

Some of the housewives started a donation fund. Just to get these weirdos to enroll. I guess they weren't too crazy about all these kids running around the town all the time. [Sighing a little.] It's doing its job, but there's always just a ton of people crammed in the hallways when classes let out now.

[Oz wasn't sure about this while 'Junes' thing. He was pretty sure it was a gimmick, because he had never seen a market like this. Granted--he hadn't expected to wake up several hundred years in the future, either, but what could a young duke do?

All the products were packaged in some kind of weird thing called 'plastic.' He didn't like it. It was crackly and weird and apparently 'bad for the environment,' whatever that meant.

He also wasn't sure what to buy. He had never purchased his own groceries before. Perhaps that boy standing next to him in the produce aisle could help. Well, this was awkward.]

[He's not spitting out animal puns or being a total douche. Yosuke sees no reason not to listen! Especially when he's pretty used to being ignored too.]

Dude, in Inaba? Gossip is pretty much all there is. If you do anything someone doesn't like, you'll hear half the town whispering about it and being totally condescending within days.

And it'll go on for months. It's... pretty sad, when you think about it.

[ Souji smiles slightly, then picks up his suitcase again and gestures in the direction of the street. He'd sort of preferred the smallness of Yasogami High. It had its charm to it, despite being a little dirty, old, and run-down at any given time.

Just like the rest of the town, really. ]

A bunch of kids with nothing to do does sound like a pain. But then, so does the sudden change. [ He's thoughtful for a moment before glancing Yosuke's way again. ] You're still missing the city?

[Herpaderp that would be one Naoto by one of the local classes, looking over what seems to be some notes she's scribbled on a notepad. Who knows what she's studying- it could be for class, or even a case. Souji go bug her she has nothing better to do.]

[Hope can't remember the last time he's slept so soundly, in something so comfy and warm... it's not until he slowly opens his eyes and realizes the sun's shining through a window that his mind partially wakes up and fumbles for an answer.

For a moment he thinks he's on a train back home, with his mother, back to Palumpolum, and he's just been riding and fell asleep in her lap, like usual. He'd try to hide it, but he didn't mind acting like a stubborn brat around her. But with the constant clacking and silence on the train, his heart knows it's wrong. Sitting up, his stomach sinks as his eyes, blearily at first but then snapping to full attention, confirm what he thinks.

This isn't Cocoon, nor is it Pulse. Where is he? He's too panicked to think of anything else to do except stupidly stare out the window, too concerned to notice there's another person (and more specifically, Light), right across from him in the other seat. No, all he can do right now is try to calm himself and remember how he got on here. Which he can't. And he has no idea where this is going.

Ah, I see. Since this is an interesting investigation, maybe we should start by seeing where most of them came from, or even why they came. Asking is always good evidence.

[ finally the exam scores for the previous midterms are hanging on a wall in the hallway, so naturally a big group of students is crowding around it, desperately trying to find their own score and hoping it is at the very least passing. there was victorious and despairing sounds all around, and the blonde girl who is moving her finger past the names to find hers definitely belongs to the latter group as she lets out a pathetic whine when she sees the big '30' next to her name. ]

No way...

[With that, Grimmjow punches the side of the seat, intent on intimidating. Except that doesn't got to plan. For a moment the Arrancar pauses, somewhat stunned before pulling his hand away from the seat to look at the knuckles already sweelling up.
