TEST DRIVE MEME



This game is revving to go, so we're going to start things off with a pre-opening TEST DRIVE MEME. This meme will be open up until the game opens properly, so please keep checking back with it and tag anyone who posts a little later. :)

TO START US OFF....

A. The mundane!

1) > You have discovered a portal to the meat dimension. Congratulations, you're at Chinese Diner Aiya! The rainy day challenge sure is difficult... But maybe this time you can make it.

2) > Every day's great at your Junes! You've run into each other at Junes! Maybe you're buying a Jack Frost Doll, or a magic set. Or maybe you're just getting groceries.

3) > Off to school you go. Class, quizzes, creepy teachers, clubs, and Social Linking ahoy!

4) > So you need some money to buy that Rise doll you saw at Junes, why not get a job? Frustrating co-workers, meeting people you may or may not recognize as customers. Get ready for the usual "I didn't know you worked here!" talk, because it's coming your way.


B. The extraordinary!

1) > You wake up on a mysterious train, and so has the person right next to you. You have no idea what train this is, where it's headed, or how you came to be there, and it seems like neither does your new friend. Why not chat about it?

2) > Your first venture inside the TV World. How does it go? How do you get there? And most importantly, who are you going with?

3) > There are three enemies! But holy shit this is your first fight, how are you going to handle this? Good thing you've got party members to help you out!

[Well, Gamzee would be freaking out about his new hornless look, but he's actually sound asleep. The makeup hides his skin color, but the bloody scabs on his face are now bright red instead of indigo.

Fitfully, it's true, but asleep. One of his spastic movements from whatever nightmare he's having smacks Kanaya though. Oops]

[ well, at least she recognizes him faster than she recognized karkat. she would know those scars and that makeup anywhere. she rubs the spot on her head where he hit her (and cringes when she remembers she can't feel her horns) and then turns on him. ]

Gamzee, are you planning to sleep until this railmobile comes to a halt?

[ bracing for impact... she gives him a hard stare back, not wanting to let her eyes wander from him for too long lest bad things happen. her sylladex is gone, but luckily she's retained one of her makeup compacts -- and she flips it open so he can see himself in the tiny mirror. ]

I am not the only one who has ended up on the pinker side of things. Take a look for yourself.

When you know which "motherfuckers" to pin the blame on, you can kindly share with the rest of us. In the meantime, you should probably refrain from ripping your wounds open further. I've gathered that most humans are averse to the sight of blood.

[ well, that much doesn't bother her. not these days. she'll miss being a shiny glowy nightlight, sort of. ]

I'm afraid your guess is good as mine. It would appear we have been transported from our place on the meteor to a planet resembling Earth and given human bodies. I am thinking that our purpose might become clear once this thing comes to a halt.

WE'LL UP AND GO WITH THAT. I'm all good for following where my jade sister up and leads.

[He says that amiably, and returns to being fascinated by his hands. The skin is so different, soft and not as pink as the other humans he's seen has led them to believe they all were. More of a medium skintone than a light one, which suits his dark, dark eyes and thick, curly (well, more wavy than curly) black hair pretty well.]
